I have from reliable sources that thejudge is playing 2 full kingdoms on his own.
As much as its fun to throw mud at ZAWK, there must be solid proof!

Hello,
We know who you are. Do not attack X:XX. You will not be warned again.
- Sassy Wolfie
Who are we targeting? They can't warn all of us!
Oddly they destroyed the province after another attack was launched. I consider this one of the perks of a reduced 24 hour protection period!
You are welcome to play if you follow the rules. Griefing is against the rules.
At what point does retaliation become griefing exactly? Please teach us! Here is some sand to draw your lines in. Please beware of the lizards:

I really cannot stress this enough about the lizards.
If an admin has to message you and tell you to stop, consider yourself right on the line.
Game Administration mail ordering not to attack specific kingdoms seems in contradiction to the game itself. Should moderators dictate who you can and can't attack which is what has occurred in this instance?
It would certainly be a unwelcome contradiction in Utopia. I've come to look at the game in the same light as the other past clones though. This is a different game based on Utopia and she deserves a new name. In this thread, we will now offer new names for this new game to help ol' David out.
Friendscape
Shareville
I have from credible sources that thejudge isn't telling quite the whole story. Not that it will would make admins behaviour less ****ty.
Holy **** what in the absolute ****
I am bit surprised by Steels lack of reaction.
What kd is it? I have to know to avoid the possible griefing
One province was messaged, you. Stop creating multies.
For what it's worth I do not agree with the messaging, I would have just IP banned you.
I reacted on discord.
Davidc ignored the issue of course
Who is to hold administrator Sassie Wolf accountable for crimes against the community? In an ideal world Bishop will IP ban them!

grief (grēf)
n.
1.
a. Deep mental anguish, as that arising from bereavement, or an instance of this. See Synonyms at regret.
b. A source or cause of deep mental anguish: "That knowledge would be a grief to her" (Tobias Wolff).
2.
a. Annoyance or frustration, or an instance of this: Trying to follow their directions was nothing but grief.
b. Trouble or difficulty, or an instance of this: the griefs of trying to meet a deadline.
c. Informal Criticism or rude talk: gave me a lot of grief about being late.
Utopia Rules do not mention griefing. There is the dictionary's definition so you are well informed...
I suffered deep mental anguish when I was bereaved of my 2b gc while keeping my head down and being careful not to break any rules. Nobody punished David for griefing or even bothered to send him a warning.
Grief isn't against the rules. Grief is the rules.
So someone multied, and instead of a deletion for cheating they got a warning not to grief.
Will this new change in the rules be formalized DavidC and/or JeffT?
Or did your favorite admin neglect her responsibility to action cheaters and yours just gonna let that slide, and ignore the precedent it sets?
So the warning was frivolous and unwarranted?
is it really against the rules if you get deleted but not perma banned to create a new province provided that you now follow the rules, even if you are out to start things with your new province? It would usually be you vs the kingdom that you are trying to harass and the kingdom you landed in that want none of this and might remove you themself.
The kingdom wide razing of another kingdom can be countered quite easily by forcing cf, it is quite a lot to have to wait 1 week and get insta cf'ed if you continue. If it is a big problem that single provinces tries to do this slap a 7 day ban instead of 24 hour cooldown on anyone getting deleted for violations, that way you don't need to force ip ban.
It's been brought to my attention that the same game administrator has just inserted a province into war with only a 24 for our protection period while the opposition provinces in war are experiencing a 72 hour protection period for new provinces. Is there an explanation for this? The beneficiary in this case was One Unit.
Restore Utopia to its formal glory; remove all forced munk integration; stop promoting discord which is essentially malware.
How is discord malware?
Pretty much anything to do with Google is in some manner like Malware; if not just undisputedly so. We've seen what kind malware like adds that come through if you don't block the adds too; so in many ways I should say just stop pushing all the malware like things, the adds, the munk bot bs, and of course the already mentioned discord.
Go ahead, block google, see if you can survive on the internet.
Ads are basically auto-blocked by default on Opera. Try it.
Munkbot does need some bugfixes.
I guess admins forgot some people don't use gmail as their primary gaming email account.
it takes 5 attempts (page reloads) just to be fast enough to click the login button so it can used a saved password before google's auto-login feature kicks in
You never answered how Discord is malware
