I keep getting 'incorrect password' inside the game

I'm already logged in inside the game, can see throne and so and after few moments (not even an hour) I got this message:

I am sorry, but you provided an incorrect password for the username ####. Please return to the Login Screen and try again.

It keep happening again and again that I need to keep relogin. Kind of annoyance.. this thing happen both in my home connection (dynamic ip) and office connection (static ip).

Guess this should be added to line of things OMAC need to fix with theirs login site. :)

You might need cookies "ON", otherwise your browser can't connect you to your account from within the game.

I can't think of other thing that might cause that... but I'm, not so familiar with that...

I've had the message a couple of times at random. Can go a week of logging in before i get it, then can have it 3 or 4 times in a row, then not again for a while. Somehow I doubt it's cookie settings.

Not cookie or something, I'm fluent with firefox's preference and even its registry (about:firefox) and this thing isn't always happen. And as I say, I already enter the throne. So it more like my cookies runaway or the cookies expire date is wrong.

I had been trying to contact adminstration through email today already. I had tried many times to login into my account, but I had decided to change my password to solve the problem. I had recieved error, "That action is not permitted - please contact an admin." I would apprentice that you can fix this problem.

This has happened to a number of people today, myself included. Some seem to be lucky and are getting in once in a while. I have been unable to access my province in 24 hours now, and am getting very frustrated. The only contact I've had with OMAC is "please send an e-mail to support". That e-mail has so far gotten me nowhere.

Good luck getting it fixed, but I'm already thinking this age is going to be a write-off for me.

I am having the same issue, and my e-mail to support has gone unanswered as well. It's been 24 hours since I've accessed my province. Free or not, they should be able to take care of issues like this in a timely fashion. It may be free, but if they lose all of their players it's a free nothing.

It is very disappointment to see bad things happen and they don't fix the problem. I hope that OMAC can fix our problems together.

I've got my fingers crossed...I love the game. It usually runs smoothly, but it seems every time something goes wrong it takes ages to be corrected.

I made a main account at the beginning of round but have rarely used it to login to Utopia with. And now all of a sudden I can't login with to Utopia from my own site - may password be hacked or OMAC changed something by their "security measures have been updated and we have changed our login algorithms".

So the problem: I can't be sure of the province-linked main account login, password and email since I made several main accounts to figure it out (but I know prov was platinum and I know my platinum Email where I also still ahve the activation code for this age). Firefox seemed to remember the login but that didn't work. And http://utopia.swirve.com/accounts/forgot_password says "incorrect username/email combination". So I try and migrate from another main account but it says "password was incorrect". So I try http://utopia.swirve.com/changepass.htm for the province but it also says "incorrect password for the username". And I certainly didn't change the province password 35-40hrs ago.

Anyone else have same problems and/or know what to try? I've submitted OMACs feedback form but no response yet..

Hmm that sucks Ratty, hopefully they will give you soon a solution.
