After this war I relise that I have made several mistakes. The biggest problem I had was keeping up with the stupid ammount of land I was taking in. The second, related to the first was lack of defense. It made me an easier target, which is good in as much that they focused too many attacks on me, thus lowering thier gains, bad in that I lost some acres too this war. Third, I looked over my build strat. I found glaring mistakes, such as 25% banks, overspending on homes, Training Grounds, & Towers. Fourth, I need to hybrid somehow, as straight attacker is not bad, A/T is managble & much more useful.

I think I could be doing more. At first I was very concerned about rainbowing, but after reevaluation the bonuses from buildings, running more than 20% of something hits you whit some pretty bad diminished returns. With Thief Hybrid I can steal the GC, Runes, & horses I need, & save myself about 25% land on banks. Keeping my Old strat in mind, here is the new ****.

    Homes: 20%
    Farms: 8%
    TG: 20%
    Rax: 17%
    Hos: 10%
    Guilds: 10%
    TD: 15%

At 1k acres it looks like this:

    Mod Max @ 1k= 27398
    Military @ 1k= 17808.7
    Def spec @ 1k= 8000
    off leets @ 1k= 5808 = 46 Raw OPA(52 w/ horses)
    Thieves @ 1k= 2000
    Wizards @ 1k= 2000
    Pesants @ 1k= 9590

    Mod off @ 1k= 74126
    Mod OPA @ 1k= 74 MOD opa

tl;dr : Running 100opa is fun, but if it's just you, you are the primary target.

Big thanks to VT2 for his help in cracking open the boxed in thinking of a stupid Orc heavy attacker.
