Might want to leave them alone, the more you hit, the more it looks like you are the aggressor. It also feels weird asking for a cf and razing them down at the same time.
Come up with terms they can accept or look for a middleground, if all fails just deal with it, leave the game or start anew with a new identity.
It may be wrong to start a barn fire, but that doesnt mean throwing gasoline into the fire to keep it burning isnt. Especially when we are all hopefully trying to resolve the situation civily, else it just encourages others to do the same in bad karma.
