I am still understanding that it IS going to be server wide, regardless of what proof you are trying to sell me to the contrary.
So you are just choosing to disregard what the Jolt staff members are telling you. And you call other mental midgets, lol.

And if it does happen server wide, it doesn't matter, because the PLAN now is for it not to be, which means either way your post was idiotic.

Thundergore said it's easy to label incompetence when something goes wrong.

He is wrong. We have waited a year of things going wrong before labeling jolt/omac incompetent. You will remain with that title until you get more than one thing right.

Fagash - You're cutting lines in regards to age starting soon isn't what I'd be stressing about if I were you. I'd be focused on how idiotic the decision is to say that we must either wait 4 additional days or be ****ed for the weekend. Tell OMAC that jolt community managers and etc cannot please a crowd by working on the weekend when they haven't the ability to actually address problems.

    Let me make something clear.

The age NEEDS to extend its freeze time. The length of time you choose for that is what is questionable, and is the main reason why this poll is going to offer so much criticism and fights between ourselves as a community and the community vs omac.

this whole thing is so OMAC'd
When the nay-sayers pipe up with talk of exploitation through strategy and planning I'm reminded of a Jack Nickolson quote, "I think of a man, then I remove logic and reason from him"

I've waited so long for people to join forces against OMAC.
Watching this thread explode with hatred and ridicule is like a dream come true.
Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.

Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.

The people who read and vote on this poll are more likely the ones who are devoted and therefore wouldn't mind the age starting ASAP. It's the majority of players who'll suffer if you vote no.

Seriously, I'd start the age at least 24 hours after the reset... I mean how hard can it be?

LOL. Is that an argument? Your lines have become so muddied that I am not even sure what you are talking about anymore.

It doesnt matter if the reset is server wide because the plan is for it not to be? If the reset is server wide, then that just proves that what I said was going to happen was true....

    Read this thread:

    http://forums.joltonline.com/showthread.php?t=598474

"The primary reason would be to allow Kingdoms more time to get organised after the reset and to avoid the issues experienced by players last age after the reset which meant some lost valuable protection time."

It sounds like they are drawing a similarity there between the reset that is GOING to happen and the reset that happened last age. It in fact sounds like the reset to occur is going to be IDENTICAL to the reset that happened last age. If memory serves me correctly, that was a server wide reset.....

You might want to archive that forum of yours.....

The reset WILL NOT ONLY affect those who have not reset their provinces yet. There is no way these guys have come up with some way to selectively reset ONLY those provinces.

If you go back and read the ANNOUNCEMENTS, it says that there will be a SERVER RESET. Anyone with any common sense AT ALL should realize that they are not going to go through and selectively reset only those provinces that have not done it already themselves.

That is why I am not sure why the MENTAL MIDGETS in this thread are all voting NO for this thing. YOU ARE ALL GOING TO BE RESET. EVERYONE IN YOUR KINGDOM, EVEN THOSE THAT HAVE ALREADY RESET.

If your entire kingdom does not log in AFTER the server reset and fix their provinces, they will ALL come out of protection at different times.

YOU ALL think you are so intelligent because you have already reset your provinces already and you are therefore all set and this wont affect you. YOU ARE WRONG.
You did not say "the partial reset will fail, and they will resort to a full reset". You actually thought it was a planned full server reset, and you insulted us for thinking it wouldn't affect those who have reset. Now, STOP trying to cover up your own stupidity, and let's just move the **** on and redirect our anger where it belongs, the idiots at Jolt.

Again, slate, way to defend OMAC's stance of "give us 4 days and our weekend off or go **** yourselves" option with the theory that they might reset the whole server by mistake when attempting to do as they claim and reset only the still bugged provs.

come on do something already, click the reset button and lets go, cuz it just seems this is a wasted post to begin with, seems you are stalling until there is no choice to extend it till monday.

I think Slate's a multi for one of the moderators.
Ignore him - he's just trying to draw our fire.

    Hey Slate, learn to read:

There will be a mass reset tomorrow. Basically if you are currently a Lord and have excess resources etc. you will be reset, following which you will have the correct resources and wizards etc.

The plan is to track down the bug which is giving incorrect resources, wizards, honor etc. and fix it. Then perform the mass reset to revert everyone still affected (those showing as Lords etc.) to what they should be. This will mean anyone activating after the reset starts with the correct stats.
Posted in Announcements, now say something else ****ing dumb, cuz you are really looking awesome right now.
