    One thing that intimidates me the most is that Sonata's team seems to have the ability to provide more throughput then the Malaysian think tank (or already involved in it).. Maybe one day we can convince them to solve the world wide economic problems..

    Do you know why ghettos are ghettos? cuz they fail to evolve and still don't understand how the game is played, and everytime there is a know it all monarch that clearly shouldn't be leading a kingdom yet they are. As a stated previously, it is not a bug since there really is nothing indicated by the developers that there is minimum networth size a kingdom can declare.

    Its quite ironic they would name a game utopia however the game is about survival of the fittest. Unless you are # 1 kingdom or the bottom kingdom you will always power play someone or someone will always power play you. incase you haven't seen (2:8) cb, they hardly have any offense, by the design who do you think they will be hitting, someone their size? More like a province that is province that is smaller than they are

    Additionally, there is no note of this change in the Age change notes - so it's pretty safe to assume that the default assumption is that it's a bug.
