White Listing vs Sitting...A REAL ANSWER PLEASE!

If whitelisted provinces cannot attack the same targets, then said laws should also apply to provinces being sat. Regardless, it becomes an "advantage" if we go by other threads. Paid or no, there should be just as much restrictions on sitting as whitelisting, including and not limited to aid, attacks and ops.

Not necessarily. They can still do ops and attacks, on other provinces as long as it is not the same province. Just because they cannot send aid to one another does not mean that their other kd mates cannot send them aid. It's the same concept and it ends the debate on sitting vs. whitelisting. *shrugs* I'm sure that there are kds that have abused the sitting option.

The original accounts IP set and the sitters IP set - its not going to happen, forget it.

So why is it fair then? And how are provinces protected from cheaters that sit provinces during wars?

Is there any thing in place preventing a player attacking the same province from both owned and sat account? Also, is there any thing preventing them from aiding themselves as well as (being sneaky) aiding the sat province to bump province strength? Is there any thing preventing the sat province from gathering intel or doing ops against a target and then the owned province attacking the same target or visa versa? Sitting has been an issue for a long time as well, just generally ignored.

Those are measures that are implemented on WL'ed provinces and are things that would just have to be worked around just as WL'ed provinces would have to do. Fair in respect if you think about it.

Not really, if you aren't sat then you can do all mentioned. If you don't share an IP you can do it all also.

Okay and you still end up with the problem of "paying to cheat". It's worse because SITTING is unrestricted. Yeah it's three weeks in an age, but then again, you only need it during war times were activity needs to be superb right? This unrestricted freedom allows the host province to benefit as he will as he can send himself all the aid he wants. He can also double tap from to different provinces... or in some cases, TAP TEN TIMES. Think of that danger too.
