Dense aren't ya. I didn't refuse to CF. You refused to accept the terms of CF. You stopped attacks and ops for 12 hrs. Good. That gave us the time to make one wave on ya and be done with this mess. You at any point did not send a CF over. I in fact sent the CF to you, even though its your responsibility to send it. What did you do? Continue to op my provinces while I was trying to rebuild.
There are terms associated with CF. You refused them and never sent CF over. So who's the ass now?

Yep simple in game CF would have stopped all this long ago. CF all attacks and ops on both sides stop. No CF attacks continue.

nive, shut up. Myrmidons, you made an honest mistake at first. No one would really blame you for the CF thing if the attitude that was adopted after was less defensive and more accepting that maybe it wasn't a wise choice. Learn from it, move on. This thing going on with the "Pain Train", there's no gain for either side out of it. Accept their terms for CF, no matter how unfair they may seem, grow bigger, become better, and kick their asses next time.
I'm pretty sure a winning a fight or a war against them would feel better than struggling for the rest of the age. Everyone screws up and learns, it's how life is and how this game works. Neither side is at fault here, so please just take the damn CF and their terms. If you really want to have fun, engaging in a fight to the death isn't going to be fun.
I hope you guys see where I'm coming from on this, and it'd be nice if both sides moved on.
