Not in the case with this current KD.. they've been asked numerous of times to stop. Nicely too.

On a serious note I would like to sincerely apologize if we stole into a REAL hostile (Fury for instance, our bad). The situation has been that top 10 has sent msg after msg that "We are preparing for a conflict that will take place in X days, STFU". This I didn't buy and have declined all such requests, as I don't see why top kd's should have immunity from stealing solely cause they have a conflict upcoming, by this definition every war kd should always be immune. If there were some ACTUAL hostilities, e.g. kd's exchanging hits being tagged hostile, that were stolen into I do apologize.

Beyond that; we don't regret taking any monies from anyone keeping 20+ millions around OOW to sci pump - play at the same terms as the rest of utopia. If the lower tiers kd's can deal with it, surely the best players in the game can.

Your province stole into our real hostile. As far as my knowledge goes, your sitting had ended by then. I had been more than civil as I considered you as a friend kd (having idled in your priv for a while etc), but all I got was:
1) we steal from all, not only from you
2) let me talk with my council
3) yes we will cf, followed with going offline.

I would accept your apology if you return my kd 40 mil gold you have stolen from during fury conflict (lets even forget what you took prior to rage one). Otherwise I take your last post just as an attempt to save yourself, and not actually meaning it.

In this part I kind of agree with cats, they did the right thing to get CF, only they didnt consider the fact how close friends all the top is between themselves.

The right thing to get CF? They refused when I asked them. So did they with others. They just wanted to stirr up ****, now they got what they wanted.

That said; when you (cats) sit on 200nw/a, it's not very uncommon you don't get alot of wars. All you do is wave kingdoms who are less prepared and then look surprised they refuse to war a 200nw/a kingdom. Stop pumping for 2 weeks before a war and you might just not be so bored as you claim to be now.

As for hostile; yes, my kingdom has hit kingdoms into hostile before. Not everyone does a Snatch News. Face it, half of the kingdoms tagged "Hostile", aren't actually hostile. Can't blame them for not CE-ing every kingdom they may have a target in.
However, when I receive a request to not hit into hostile, first thing I do is tell my kingdom to stop hitting the one to request it.

I asked you repeatedly, both in preparation and during hostile, to stop stealing. You said you'd leave us alone for 24 hours, but ops just continued. Are you going to refund me that?
Are you going to refund the other kingdoms you stole money from in their hostiles?

You're just trying to save face by putting down a public apology when it's already too late, but you don't seem to regret any of it. Hey, you even steal from people who consider you a friend who let you idle in their private channel.

Unfortunately kd's like Simians (tagged WAR this morning, everyone can get their own Spy on News to verify how true that was) make this harder. I wont go into detailed convos with all top kd's at once here, I understand there is a lot of frustration we took a lot of gc over the age that is being played out here. For those who care to listen my previous statement remains true, for the rest we can has a silly warforum soon =D
