Still kind of confused on the symbols like + + Learn - - Plunder, and why one of the plunder - is red and one is gray. I guess + just means you did it and - means it happened to you, but why 2?

Fixed the one gray one on enemy plunder.
Standard formatters from as far back as UT's formatter have always used +++ and --- to differentiate attacks made vs suffered. AR's formatter was the first to change this. In time, I may as well, though I see no need to.

In the case of province based formatting, the double serves to differentiate KD based news from province based news.

And yes, ++ indicated actions you've made vs suffered being --.

No real updates on this formatter, but, wanted to top the thread. I am still supporting the use of this tool even though I have been very busy with non-utopia related things and have not updated it. I do have one other tool I will be soon releasing to the public, but like this one it is also not 100% completed. But hey, it'll be available, free to use, and works.
