Also as ASF already pointed out. HaLL was created out of Absalom just like Absalom was created out of Barduvia. Since Stoffi clearly only care about the name HaLL of Heroes (only tie he has to the current HaLL of Heroes), the man that founded that name (Ravenant) clearly hold right over the use of it.
