We CF every intel multi we find. Not hard to find them, monarchs are usually nice about it.
I only have one intel spy myself, and given that Psych Ward knows (I think?) where he is, and that Flogger's played with the guy, and that he's under 2k acres, it's not hard to find him.

We had multiple provinces lose nearly 100% gold a few times because a kingdom you gangbanged that gave you a CF didn't have one with us.
