Better tell your enemies when you are coming oow, and when you are going to pump and all kinda of details, it has to be fair right.

Full SoT, SoM, Survey and SoS, full intel that is, even prov history, thats the intel you need to share with enemy kd as a proof you lay right to war them since you rebuild for them, also invite them your channel so enemy leaders can be assured talks about upcoming war are going, who;ll be away, who'll be able to lead, aid management, strategy that is being used, etc. Thats the info you need to pass to the enemy in order to claim war with them, devs should implement it for next age.
Whoever breaks that rule gets capped at 200k acres.

I agree with you there Korp. We have no rich history as a whoring kd. We are a warring kd that grew big, simple as that. But atleast we do not ride high on other peoples achievements in ages past, like others i could name (not directed at you). Its annoying listening to the biased haters who keep saying Jerks does as others want them to do - its based on guessing, nothing else. Fact is we are a independant kd who takes our alliance responsabilities very serious - other then that we do our own thing, just like everyone else.
