Can I just ask - why did everyone give CR such long CFs this age? Wasn't it obviously going to end in this situation where they had obscene amounts of science and gold stockpiled and looking to crush?

ok lets be reasonable here, this move is probably going to win you the age (assuming kds don't unite to gb you), and elit most likely knew about the wave.
saying havoc and sanctuary double hostile ama some ages ago.. again, reasonably speaking, if you don't take revenge that age, or the next age or two, we have to consider it history.

anyways i am guessing ama should not rely on cf's being honored in the upcoming ages.

I don't see how CR will be in any shape to do anything; they will most likely have to pay their 40% tax for occupying #1 spot for most of this age.

As for PyroManiaCs being the winner in this, there's only 2 scenario's in which that will be the case:
1. AMA is honorable and withdraws from crown race in some way
2. KD's will GB AMA

Any other scenario will crown AMA.

But that's just my $0.02....

you can claim all the responsibility but since AMA is Elit's creation he will reap what you sowed for many ages to come. also only idiots would think you didn't do this move in order to win the age. good luck with that !!! kudos to Drug for having a backbone and leaving before this mess happened.

Of the mature tops AMA-PB has proven the most nimble if you consider Rusty was deep in BB before flogger got the helm and same here with CR. Everybody has a life, but the line of action seems lethargic from here in the field.

for other kd it is considered as noob diplo and their mistake for making bad deals. for AMA, it is being pushed in corner and they can dealbreak.

Because Elit was at two chess tournaments throughout this entire ordeal, Proteus and myself were left in charge of the kingdom. And although we haven't been faultless at all in this whole process, what we did was the will of the kingdom. Elit has no blame or responsibility in this whatsoever. If fault for what we did lies with leadership, it lies with Proteus and myself.
