One kingdom gets issued **** options by another kingdom, so decided to take their own option. You can't come out and brag like 12 year olds with the best pog stack and threaten to gang up and 2v1 (or hit into a war), THEN appear surprised they won't accept the ****.
If it's a ceasefire and you have favourable relations then behave that way. Don't be arrogant and talk big if your kingdom is not ready for war. There is no right to #1 spot.
