The last 30 pages or so is just rambling of bad excuses so it wont look as bad and weak as it really is. Reality is, after remote screwed over AMA CR did give AMA the deal they wanted. But because AMA realised they still couldnt win, despite being given what they wanted, they came up with the briliant excuse that CR had been "disrespectful" in forums and dealings with them, and that was cause enough to dealbreak.
