Top 10 Learning Point for Age 63:

1. It is mandatory to SN even when randoming if not you are likely to be accused of double hostile.
2. You cannot hit/retal kingdoms that are in the Top 10 (Bottom Feeding is legitimate in the eye of Top 10)
3. You (outside the Top 10 standing) cannot hit kingdoms who are smaller than you (You be accused of bullying instead of bottom feeding)
4. Hitting into another kingdom war has become the latest trend and is almost accepted by the community.
5. Aggressor waved opponent for war. They have to follow up to ask if they willing to war during/before/after the wave. If they do not wish, aggressor has to offer CF (All these despite aggressor taking retal from ops or hits)
6. You need an ally. Not friend. Ally means, paying periodic tribute in the form of acres in return for protection.
7. Diplo is very important esp toward building a peaceful time in playing Utopia- Maybe can consider removing war and change to like Sim City, grow and grow and build
8. 1 ally is not enough. You need a chain of ally preferably in various size. 6mill kingdom waving you. You are at 5 mill. You called in a 7 mill ally to stop him. When the 7 mill kingdom also cannot handle, they called in a 12 mill one.
9. When sending PM, be sure to ask your intended receipient communicate in what language. Best is to have a lawyer to go through your mail before sending.
10. Do not wave. Ppl will be offended not because they are in hostile. They will be very angry when they are not ready, players on holidays, in pump mode when you waved. You wan war, wait to be waved. Sure no conflict.

I think you got most of it quite rite ! But if you do wanna hit into a top 10 kd, be sure to hit the right amount of times. Too many kingdoms don't understand the concept of hitting just enough not provoking.

Nailed it. Must say thought that if I was in the top and I'd random someone and get retalled, I'd RK that prov any day just to set an example. The arranging war/hostiles etc are really tricky. Our KD doesn't mind being waved as long as it's done on our attackers. Twice this age we were forced into a 4-5 day recovery simply because a KD waved with 3-ish hits on each of our TMs, costing them tons of elites that needed retraining (either as elite or spec). You could argue "just go to war with small TMs", but if you're playing to win, you cannot afford that hehe.

we waved for acres, there is no conspiracy and no one asked us to hit, there were free acres to be had.

Read carefully my post. Look at Point 5. U should offered CF as an aggressor and not waiting for it. Trust me. This is the rule I learnt this age. If u still continue wave while waiting for cf to come, I am sure ur next war , be it this age or next age, don't cry when u get pk during war. Haha.

Yes,i always work things out with diplo.And normally accept an offered cf right away unless a kingdom heavy retals.
If you had checked our news you would have seen we just did the same to Heroes and Vill too but accepted thier cf soon as it came.
I assure you we have no deals with anyone and would not agree to team up on any sort of action under any circumstances.Simply put,you should have offered the cf instead of insisting i send 1 to you.
We had no real plan on this mate.We decided in 1 hour to make some quick hits on a lower nw kingdom and Imm go fort since we had just waved out 2x last 24 hours.Please stop looking for some conspiracy theory where it does not exist mate.Send a cf and i would accept.Be no reason to cancel,,i have only done that 1x in 15 years.But unf that may have been against you several ages ago when you were again crying about something we did,if you remember :)

Force is currently farming a kd that's not in declare range and knowingly double hostling them when that kingdom has, at no point, given them unfriendly. We've caught them in a multitude of lies. We can squabble about definitions, but that's not a "decent" group of people lol

We did ask for a CF. You refuse to send it. Force could have been the reasonable party and offer up a CF to the kingdom they were knowingly double hostile and wasn't making any real attempt to retal. But no, they decided to pile on and farm for really no real reason considering they aren't in a position to win anything and all of their positive efforts will be erased in about 3 days. But oh boy, the negative backlash that's going to come from this...oh boy. Enjoy next age. Try to get into too many hostiles ;)
