The devs have made a decision to kill competitive utopia and have thereby killed my interest with it.
In that case, the most compelling proof is the lack of outsiders in emeriti's news before two ops in yr4, not your claim they were robbing earlier. Even with 0 thieves, you tend to see a fail every 50-60 ops.
Of course, if someone said what prov they were robbing, that could even be verified. But of course, that would be why he refuses to say the prov getting robbed.

Pyro deserves to have their opponents farm gold for every war as long as they exist.
They're the ones who farmed gold from a friendly kd last age to fund their wars and they openly admit to doing so.
Gold farming ruins fair wars and all warring kds that engage in the practice will find me in their news correcting the cheap imbalance theyve introduced to their conflicts by razekilling their provinces.
I'm sure people will whine and cry about it, but farming friendly gold is no less egregious and unfair than uaving your provinces pkd
