In a vacuum I have no issue with WsK noticing us. I mean really all that is is saying that they are canceling our CF. Maybe they think they can take the land of our big guy's and that will push them up to be able to challenge the top 3? Who knows. But that isn't what is happening here. The notice is purely to exploit a loophole in the deal with CJ, that's been admitted. It really probably wouldn't matter to WsK if we were #100 in land.

So I mean, I think that it's lame for them to notice you guys to try to dodge, but you have to realize that you guys are t10 NW. It's hard to argue that notice of any two t10 kds against eachother is not valid because they're too far apart in size. The size difference in this instance probably doesn't justify cJ attempting to break his word -- there are other things he can (should?) do.

ofc, if all WSK needs to do to get out of this situation is give cJ ~10k acres for an EOA, that's the easiest solution for everyone and a fairly small price. Then they prep for fluffy (who they gave notice to, so they have no notice deal with?) and farm them immediately after fluffy comes oow.

11k acres seems like small amount, seems not smart to not accept it to avoid trouble where an easy solution could be had. Why cause drama when none was needed?

Perhaps Stefan/crs are terribly upset over what happened regarding fluffy-pandas-wsk.. and are probably thinking everyone is out to 'bluff' or 'con' them. well. it's up to you to trust me when I mentioned things would be much more simplified if you just took a very fair acres4cf deal (11.5k acres, 8% of your acres.. for a whoring kd to whoring kd eoacf deal). If you had done this several days ago, you still would have been able to prep for fluffy or perhaps pandas. You dont have to care about the top 2 till end of age.

On a side note, I have been a gracious victor in the Pandas-Crazies war, and have not mentioned a single thing about pandas after that.. and I dont intend to need to forum war about whose right whose wrong.. and about how much time Pandas should be given to recover from the awar. we had 48hours notice. Instead, I gave 6 days + the extra time Pandas had towards the end of awar to pump. We can agree to disagree on what's 'fair'

Ok. I get a message from cj saying hebis going to serve notice to wsk but is gonna try and diplo first. He tried diplo and told me expect a notice. We started checking in game and nothing. Cj messages me 20 minutes to tick that he can serve notice and tells me I was just noticed. I took his word for it. I got home from work and expected a pm on irc saying we were noticed. I whatsapped Kremlin asking if he got anything. Nothing. No irc message. No in game message. Where is my notice?!?

If I was CJ I would notice CP too. Then trade hits that leaves the notice void since it went to hostile then send a CF to CP and notice WSK.

There's so many ways around wimpseekers stupid notice agreement that the subject should just be dropped. They would be more embarrassed by the plethora of ways around their shady notice steppin

I did not speak to a single person outside of crazies asking them whats a fair acres4cf deal. I looked at charts, looked at your position. And offered wsk a deal of 11.5k acres4cf. If this was done 3-4 days ago, you could easily pool up, whore and prepare for fluffy. In fact, you could have prepared for pandas if you guys agree to war. (I'm confused with your exact war agreement btw. I have logs of Stefan telling me there's only an agreement to war idbits for #1, but I hear otherwise elsewhere.. Saying only both sides need to agree to war.. Doesn't matter anyway)

You have no threats near you. It's not like you are giving acres4cf now and then you will get owned later etc.

There must be a reason why several reputable leaders (not sure if boh counts as 1!) Have said that 11.5k acres is a fair deal. In fact, they said its a very fair deal.

If you want to abuse and break the spirit of the deal, its your choice.

1) Was that notice ingame or was it given to CP/Kremlin?

Just like Fluffy was talking with flogger(the middle MAN, your alliance leader) where panda did not pay heed to, If you did not directly give notice to any of them then its of no use!

2) According to Fake pyro/FS if CP doesnt hit you for 12 hrs, CJ is free to notice/hit you ( your alliance mates set this rule )

3) What if CP decides to give button to a kd half his size? WSK cannot hit them then cos just like WSK is trying to hit someone half their size CP is doing the same.
