why don't you change the kd dynamics by making the kingdoms smaller? 20 provs per kingdom max.

Given the -20% battle gains of the humans it will not be "absurdly powerful" as you claim. Giving an elite 11 points (6/5) IS actually absurd and hillarious... and even bloodlust, sure. You made my day (LMAOROFL) :)

It has been 20 prove since forever I think. Everyone suggested 22. I like 22

Bot suggestions are absurd. Human w +1 dspec is just...way too much
Elf w 6/5 I'm pretty sure was a joke. But if it wasn't its also too much

With the current suggestion halfer attackers will have more offense than orc or undead. I am not seeing why that would be worthless. You can stick an personality on your halfling attacker. Rogue personality makes sense but you can be good at anything if you try.
They aren't even close to undead, human, or orc with these changes, this is bad info.

I believe when he said max, he meant max. Right now it auto-fills if under 22 (formerly 20), leaving up to 3 invitation slots (formerly 5). An organized KD right now has up to 25 provs, he wants to reduce it to 20 (guessing the auto-fill up to 16-18 then?).

I am thinking why don't we get back the 5 on def/off specs instead of 4 as this can allow more versatility on the permutations on the races elites ?

i also would like to see the autofill lowered i think 22 is too much 20 was ok or make it an option as a monarch when you reach 18 people you have the choice to autofll or somthing

Been saying that for a long time.
Somewhere along the way someone changed the integer values of specs from 5 points to 4.

Bringing back 5 pt specs opens up the integer values of:
    Orc 8/1
    Undead 9/2
    Halfling 5/4 or 4/5
    Human 6/4
    Dwarf 7/3
    Avian 7/2
    Faery 3/6 or 3/7
    Elf 6/3 or 6/4

That would also make +1 o spec or +1 dspec also more balanced somewhat imo. (we used to have even -1 ospec and -1 dspec permutations, which make for interesting play)
For shaking some things up, maybe even allowing +2 ospec or +2 dspec combos to happen for some picks that aren't so commonly picked like warhero.

That way, players have some freedom to go off color picks whilst trying to hedge possibilities that might synergise well with some thought at maybe some expense as well.

Then we can rock and roll baby.
