Emeriti have not agreed to and will not agree to other kds giving away CFs with Emeriti to other kds.

So this:

5. As part of this deal Spartans will enter an EOA CF with Emeriti/Div/Lost souls next age.

Is not agreed to by Emeriti.

Otherwise it looks good.
