I see a lot of people here who would probably ***** out of a war if I were to steal from you and ET you prior to the hostile date whether it was in the terms or not.

I'm pretty sure in the warring tear 'hostile begins on date' is generally understood to mean you're not doing anything to each other before that date.

But hey, Vlahul decided to be a moron against a KD that he should have already had every advantage over due to them exploring and instead of just casting his ET on the 4th before giving button, cast it early and give them room to complain.

I rarely make any war terms because it almost always ends in at least one if not both sides finding something to gripe about.
Honestly if war is imminent I expect ops unless otherwise discussed.
But if I set a start to hostilities I do so in the understanding that there will be no hits before then. And you can bet I agree to a set date because at that date I will be ready. Especially OOP where every tik counts as far as buildings and trained troops coming in. If I am fighting undeads that's the tik my extra hospitals come in, fighting orcs it'll be gs. And I will be all kinds of pissed if my opponent hits a tik early and i don't care if it's 15 minutes or 45 minutes or 2 hours, it's early.

if you guys can muster the task of getting 25 people online, you guys should sure as hell be able to coordinate what friggin tick to hit on.

a deal is a deal. like goodwitch said, doesnt matter 5 minutes or 55 minutes, it still was before the tick you guys agreed on.

We didnt take an advantage, they gave us one. No one made them full out wave us before declare. They went off date and we went off date. Maybe under other circumstances not a bid deals, but after days and days of vehule flaming us with his BS and straight up admitting that he lied to bart about his strategy or what ever... Well we were not amused to be getting our **** all robbed out and hits before the agreed hostile date. Vehule deserves no respect and no "breaks" where he gets off scott free for hitting off date.

No matter what else happens here, Free hit an hour early and broke the agreed terms of hostile/war. Lets not stray from that truth, however minor it was. From there, all terms are off in my opinion.

Wow, I am actually saddened to see how big of pussies Spartans have become. According to the post by vlahul (I can't even comprehend how I am having to defend him or take his side on anything...) FREE was going to send 8 attacls on the 3RD OR 4TH! That comment was posted in THIS THREAD and the last edit was before the agreed time. Not one person from Spartans made a complaint about the terms he posted. I honestly have no idea how there is anyone taking Spartans' side in this. Spartan broke their word, FREE did not. However good Spartan is, everyone with a modicum of intelligence can see that they are classless cowards.
