1) Your setup has won you the age that much is true, it doesn't mean your setup is superior to say FS's setup, if that was true you wouldn't be so afraid of giving them measly four days of prep time.
2) I think this discussion has been pretty productive, I have received plenty of input from top leaders in this game and came to a couple of conclusions of my own. I'd still like more input and suggestions of what can be done before compiling it and posting it to people in charge.
3) Most top KDs suck that way I have to agree, this doesn't mean they should stay at the top, they have made this artificial setting that keeps them at the top with their sub par activity/enthusiasm.
