well I'm not sure exactly how close they were as bishop had upped your demands to 6k acres when we were willing to work towards 2.5k (just under 10% of our acres). But be that as it may, talks were fine until yourself and Steel started accusing me of double dealing because a guy who is all pally with you in IRC messaged me and asked for help killing you off.
