Combination of sticking it to the Bartans, and having what fun we can. Playing war and getting razed is at least more interesting than twiddling our thumbs and getting razed. After 8 RL days, it's really boring to do nothing. Warring at least motivates our ppl to stay active.

There is no hostile here, because we haven't hit back in days. Does he have a meter at play? Sure, but he is the one playing meter games, since again, we have not hit back in days, or even opped. So this so-called hostile is one-sided. Bart is using it as an excuse to hide, and he is more than welcome to CF us - on our terms - which I promise is much less painful than the terms he "offered" to us.
