When you've set your alarm for 2am for a wave, and are still there 3 hours later, waiting for the green light from your Monarch, who's busy doing last minute diplo.

You ignore your naked gf or bf because Utopia needs you.
You check the time during sex to make sure you don't miss wave.

    So many difficult choices.

You use expressions like "retal", "PK", "diplo" or utopian time references in conversations with non players

    Easy one

    1) if you protest after a deletion (the new lords delete your provinces on valentines day lol, and i didnt cheat, just tried a few cause i dont want to start in fortified, every kingdom is in fortified) well at least all my spells succeeded the last days even on low % guilds it was miraculous :D as human! humans are supposed to have -10% spell success haha but everything succeeded hah!

    2) if you're playing 13 years straight :)

    3) yawn i am not addicted I think I am bored of this game again, so long! :) too many elites around or something. 50k players is more fun. plus (looking for) war is a little bit too common or something and they always do chains, so you cant run a nice province in a relaxed way. Besides the top 100 nw charts seemed like something impossible....now it seems easy if id try a bit. so that challenge is gone. i only got the top 80 honor int the old version, luckily landing in the wishmasters kingdom the only time i tried a real thief mage :) then war is useful of course to get honor . yeah djinn of what gave war everytime. very useful hehe. nja honor isnt a big deal.....nw top 100 seemed like impossible:) the funny thing is i went for prince not for charts so i was like O.O when noticing me in the top 100 honor at the end of the age...

It is really embarrassing when I find myself making utopia references in RL

You know you play too much when:

    1) Talk more to the people you play with than your own wife
    2) First thing you check is WA and Uto when you wake up and fall asleep
    3) Make ACTUAL friends from the game...

when you create a war station at home with snacks, drinks, coffee maker etc so the only thing you need to leave the screen for is the bathroom during war.

when people call your house and ask for you by your irc nick and your kids and family know exactly who they are talking about.

Comedy gold. I could see that turning into a 911 call by accident.

Take it one step further and your war station is in your Master Bathroom set up on a TV dinner tray so you don't have to get up..
