RoO underwent some internal restructuring. There are now 3 kingdoms than plan to hit dd instead of 1.
RoO spread out after they forced DD to disband.

This was the case. Not really that blunt. It was an honest assessment at that time and I know it caused friction but it is what it is

About 7-8 ages ago when I returned to the game looking to rebuild a kd I randomed into DD and they looked like prime candidates for restructuring. But my God, what a disaster that place was. I made a brief effort to build them but quickly realized it was a lost cause and moved on to form hipmunks elsewhere. I'm honestly amazed they're still around.
I've never quite gotten that part, are they actually still with us?
