I can confirm that RoO knew of DD's loc exactly when they said they did. The patience they had waiting for this is incredible. The way they figured it out was not even complex. I made a prov just to hit them and did so like 4 times before I deleted. They have changed monarchs since then so maybe there is some truth to it.

I believe it might be. However, as I understand it, it is not three kingdoms, just members of three different kingdoms. Like, I am pretty sure the rest of BB is not interested or engaged, but at the same time accept that DD might try to take it out on BB later (in which case, FREE WAR! w00t!) so.... yeah...

But unlike a normal GB, where you have 20+ provinces form three different kingdoms hitting in, this is just revenge minded curmudgens. So I can see it either way.

If 3 different kingdoms independently attacks a single kingdom I would say no. Has to be a group effort behind it to make it a GB intent is all. This perhaps, it's a bit grey area since nothing is cordinated.
