You understand how the guide and age changes says "-50% gains and effectiveness" yet it's only -50% gains with no penalty to effectiveness? That's what we call a bug. You saw it last age in your fortifieds against TFC. Rage and Pulse saw it during their 20 days of fortified in fighting each other. Everyone else who has ever been fortified and opped someone also saw it, though since normal fortified is only -50% they may not have noticed. None of you reported it. Sanc had a 36-hour hostile against a fortified kingdom, leading me to notice it immediately (though not on tpa, sadly) and report it.
Correct behavior opping from fortified into fortified: -75% effectiveness, -75% gains (ops essentially useless)
Current behavior opping from fortified into fortified: -0% effectiveness, -75% gains (gains nerfed but success rate is unaffected)
I didn't say you abused a bug, I said you knew how the mechanic worked. I jump to this conclusion because (1) you had a lot of fortified fights last age, and (2) you had tons of tds and thieves when our ceasefire expired, despite both kingdoms remaining in fortified. Obviously if you had recognized it as a bug (incorrect behavior) via reading the guide or age changes you would have reported it, right?
Fort give -50% effectives for sure: in and out. its -75% for both us, so change noting in real about success (both sides keep relative same proportion on ratios) and only about dmg. Its how game work form ages...or its how i think its work. Its normal halfings to run tds+tpa and try rob its why we all had it.
Our 6 weeks hostile last age with TFC only prove there is no way to prevent super Thives to op you don't matter how good T def you have.
I am Spartacus is Ryan if I remember properly.
well its a hit to 50% your effectivness no matter what you do, defend or op out. from the past 3 ages opeing into peoples fort that its what i've seen. reasons for fort are 1 you need to train, 2 u need to have less attcker based damage, 3 shorter ops/weaker ops cast on your that would normally succeed anway. Heck when kds i want to war hit fort even orcs are able top op..next to no damage but still very easy to op.
Let's keep the convo in English please. If I don't know what you're saying I'm going to assume it's bad and mean and stuff :(
Your big halflings, especially your killer is gonna pay off for you Elit. Few semi chains and Sanct. biggest hummies out range/crap gains vs 7k halfer who has option hold army/turtle an opp or join NM/NS chains with leaving lots DP @ home.
Only 4 human killers, no halfer killers per kd across the board ---the only exception is HoH and Mothers. FB with an economy win is Sanctuary best hope, but I don't for see a win for them if you manage the net gap on your bigger mid-range provs from thiers.
Elit you have to save Utopia , smack ass and take this crown!!! Give the peasant folk hope and show them that it can be done with a little diplomacy and some smarts ,as one kd no ally.
Its just obvious mechanic isn't working as it is meant too so it should be fixed. It sucks it effects a top war but meh! Le bickering about it is not important as it won't change past.
tis not really drama. A mechanic just happens to be broken. Seems many kingdoms realised this already and said they thought it was meant to work like that? Perhaps ESL.
Mechanic may be fixed or not doesn't really matter. Sanctuary wasn't aware of the broken mechanic and lost a few hundred million gold coins but this is how le game goes. Similar has happened in past and similar will happen in future. Tis shame it effects top but meh!
i dont quite understand what this tpa bug is all about. Can somebody plz explain in more detail please.
