In our last 3 ages (which you started being competitive) I can remember almost all the times we dealt, and I was always available. And I was the one able to call the shots and I knew what we wanted and could and couldnt accept. It was always you saying “sounds fine, let me get back to you in a couple hours, maybe 6, while I check with council", and it was always me pinging you back when time was up for a follow-up talk. The kd and diplo was run all by me and CJ back then, a 2 man council essentially and there was no excessive need to check back and forth.

Let me refresh your memory. 2 ages ago in Year 0-1, we agreed to a 48h notice deal after my killer avian tapped your faery once, and you tapped me (the dwarf that went on to be huge) back once, we both agreed to ambush each other's hits and close to a 48h notice deal. Thereafter, like 4 days later we wanted to make a deal longer and more concrete in order to plan our explores better, a duration based one or at least a 72h notice. You were the one dodging and stalling, and we had to resort to sending you a 48h notice right away just to make you talk. Remember that?

The next time we talked was when you were in EOWCF with BB and we had already beaten CR and was preparing for next fight; it was always going to be either you or Shinra. If you extended, we fight Shinra; if not, we fight you. You and I dealt and I was always available and we eventually agreed on a deal that I have never ever made with anyone else before in the game, and not yet till now. It didn't take me too long to finalise a deal as complex and "novel" and I never stalled at any point in time. It was a Y7 CF, with one way option for 2 week extension only exercisable by Emeriti.

Tbh that decision was a risky one for us because nobody was to know what the outcome of the Shinra war would have been and we would have been fked if we didnt win by the margin we hoped to win by. Or we could have put the direction of the crown in our own hands and fight you there and then. Nevertheless we agreed to extend and I was very available for discussion and and that decision gave you the strongest cow in the game albeit only lone cow, and we went on to beat Shinra by 18% land or something. This was something that surpassed our expectations of course, I would not deny. I did not expect them to play as badly.

The second age we dealt, was last age. And you're kidding me if you claim I was unreachable when I was on the front foot. Early age we both lost our wars, but you were in far worse shape. I still agreed to CF extension readily and was always available promptly. I was even open to ideas and actively negotiating and proposing offers that both sides might find beneficial, like deliberately setting CF end dates before our Pew and Simians CFs expired. That, until leshrak decided to ignore me for 7 days in a row.

So tell me now, since when have I been dodging or stalling when I am on the front foot? The only time I have ignored diplo is now, and I have openly stated why, and that's because I have nothing to say to you regarding this issue.

I do not know how your diplo with BB goes, but they have never in my memory been one of stallers in whatever position they may have been, and I say this having fought them for 5 ages and only being more friendly as a KD last and this age.

Nesta, you've been reasonable whenever we've talked, but there are key times when days go by without being able to find you or contact you. Maybe it's not intentional, I don't know for sure. I know you haven't been around to talk to much when you've been doing this gb and I've messaged you and never got replies.

Likewise, 2 ages ago when BB had a weeks worth of gold stocked and Emeriti had none, I contacted them to try asking if they were interested in an extension but was told they were too busy to talk to me but they could talk on saturday (which was like 5 days away and after the notice date.) We just figured "oh well I guess that means they aren't interested" and we warred them. Likewise, this age when Emeriti was offering BB whatever they felt they needed to ensure their situation was completely fixed, flogger and protector both said they were too busy to talk about it anymore. Of course we later learned that they always intended to deal break and gb and so of course they had to avoid fixing the situation.

Korp, he is the one saying that they read his messages but didn't reply and so 4h later he razed and messaged again and then offered all land back and extra for a cf. He also admits that 4h wasn't enough time. Still he felt at the time he couldn't keep waiting and thought he could hit to get talks started then give all land and some extra back and have his cf.

I checked on munk. Do or Die was apparently 2549 acres at his biggest according to the site.

You are correct that emeriti was worried that BB would farm out Bour and that Emeriti suggested that bour could threaten (or actually do) post war razes if bb wouldn't cf him in order to force a cf. Bour didn't say anything like "huh? ok" that I remember reading. You're also correct in that Emeriti leadership didn't stand up to try and stop him and instead encouraged him to do whatever he needed to get his cf. There was no agreement to do this, there was advise and that advice was followed. No deals were broken by Bour or Emeriti (in fact the whole point of it was Bour trying to get a deal.) Neither Bour nor emeriti wanted Bb hurt, both just wanted Bour to get his cf. Bour offered BB all land and extra back from the start.

If you want to call this a conspiracy, then certainly your FSU collaboration and your gc farming into active hostile of your previous age's co-monarch is a much bigger conspiracy.

ASF, I'll clarify once more and for the last time what went down there last age.

You hit CJ's KD, they hit you back for more, and even gave you a button. You tried to NW drop, but you failed to do so. And in the end you had to agree to CF.

He then waved Simians and gave button too, but this time Simians succeeded in the NW drop and declared.

Considering you had less land (and hence less starting Nw) than Simians, and you were a dwarf heavy core who could drop builds much more cheaply and easily, compared to Simians, you failed at your attempt to push the button. Now dont go shifting your failure elsewhere. You got outplayed by CJ, Simians wasn't. Its as simple as that.

Lastly, regarding the sum, it was 2.5 million, not 2.5 dragons worth, please verify your facts. Emeriti took a gold drake from us at notice expiry, and you slayed that about 12-18h into the staredown, and was drake-free all the way for like 72h of hostile. Then took one sapphire when war started, and nothing else. It was 2.5 million to finish the funding of the final sapphire before war commenced. And as Sheister has already clarified, that was down to your bullsh!t wordplay in your CF discussions.

We have already discussed at length the concept of promissory estoppel. We have discussed the structure of good faith negotiations. We have discussed contract formation, consideration, bargained for exchange and all these concepts. I have walked through each of them before and demonstrated how the doctrine of promissory estoppel operates here. I have demonstrated not only that the agreement did exist and that the parties had acted consistent with its being in place but I also presented evidence of admissions posted in this forum by emeriti council admitting it was an underhanded move. Emeriti dealt in bad faith last age. If we want to bring last age up in the context of agreements, then we can conclude that emeriti has a propensity for dealing in bad faith. This is supported by the logs of the leadership of emeriti discussing the details of how to deal with BB in bad faith, their encouragement (which IS A CONSPIRACY IN FACT) of Bour to deal in bad faith.

BTW bad faith is a universally recognized defense to an agreement....

How many times do I need to walk you through this ASF? You keep bringing up points that time and again demonstrate where emeriti stepped wrong in an effort to say they did not when clearly they did! So get off the carousel. The war will continue until one side or the other is willing to give up their rhetoric in order to be free of the abuse they currently suffer in-game, or not and this will continue until the game ends.

Emeriti council is guilty of conspiracy to hit into an EOWCF as part of a mechancism to force at a minimum one and probably multiple CFs/CF terms. That action renders agreements made pursuant to such actions void, and allows the aggrieved parties to seek redress from the available remedies to them, in this case they elected to do so through beating the snot out of emeriti. What they are doing is perfectly justified.

You either mis-read, or CJ made a typo. As much as me and him hate each other, I believe he wouldn't mis-report the sum. He was only like a 30k KD and we were 55-60k. Do you even think its logical he was capable of farming us 2.5 drakes of gold? Thats like 30 mil (12.5m x 2.5). Common sense would tell you no. You can go ahead and clarify the amount we took that hostile. I dont even think its tremendously hard, since he posted whatsapp logs of what happened. You can go back and dig for the screenshots to verify the amount. Its 2.5 million, period.

And lastly, as I've said in my original post, I have never been unwilling to chat with Emeriti representatives at any point or stalled them, EXCEPT for this current issue. I simply have nothing to say for this. (yes I know I just talked with you on IRC after you pinged me, just for a bit, but nothing conclusive on this issue either, just old talk of last age. I still have nothing to say regarding the closure of this issue.)

As mentioned, I would share logs in a bit between Leshrak and me, and you can judge if I tried to make contact. Obviously I cant share the in-game messages I sent (i sent at least 3 in-game messages) since it was deleted on age change and I didn't back it up.

I'll even bold you the part Leshrak wants at least year 8 from us, and we AT least agreed that Year 5 if not 6 would be better for both of us. And then we were jumped Year 4 June, while I have been trying to reach him all this while from mid-late Year 3 till June Year 4.

Discussing CF extensions/deals from no-deals or from deals that have expired, based on what you already have with other KDs so that it benefits you and the other party is OK. And has always been the case. I was fully disclosing that I have already finalised and close CFs with the 2 bigger KDs and I do not mind having a CF with a KD that was going to be more in range of me and providing a fairer fight to expire before them so that we can fight in range rather than having to fight 15% upwards. Emeriti thought the same way, as how the conversation went showed.

Re-arranging CF deals that have already been set, and manipulating its expiry date thereafter, is not OK. Like if we already dealt with Emeriti to year 8 and then if emeriti or us or both have CFs expiring with the bigger KD in year 6, and then us shifting it to July year 5 is not OK.

As for making "assumptions" that we had a common understanding that the deal was done, sure thats no problem if people want to wordplay and forever henceforth be labelled as such and nobody would give you any goodwill dealing in future. People too narrow-minded and focused about winning forget that every age is 12 weeks long and after that everyone starts on a clean slate in-game again, but your credibility and people's memory of that incident doesnt change, not for a short while at least.

Remaining amount on the drake was slightly over 2 mil (like ~2.3mil). I was not one of the robbers since I was playing the cow and was out of range. Instructions were given to rob to fund down the 2.3 million and 3 to 4 were tasked to do exactly that. It could have been likely that each of them ended up robbing 800k-1 mil since it wasnt as clearly coordinated like "4 of you each take 550k", and then realising drake was funded down and they ended up with say another 2 mil in change. Go back and check your whatsapp logs since that's what you love to do. You were broke training to fsu on simians and you had no stock for us to rob and had to TOG the balance.

I dont think i or he said it was gangable to dodge thou, you did. Just that if one KD is left to train up and they have intentions to let the other KD train up by dodging into another fight the other KD might and should probably wave them for it. They put themselfs into a 2 vs 1 situation, its not like its some GB conspiracy.

We did not have this loggfile back then, if we had the logg we had not let it go (entire KD wanted to wave them for it but Vir and me said no cause we wanted to win a flawless crown without BS like that and the need to act like that).

We had waved them 1h after they engaged Pyro if we had the logg, on the date we always intended to wave them. Hearsay was not enough even if we always knew. They let us draft up and destroy our pump in the process of dodging us and they waited until the very last hour they could before they really engaged Pyro.

The loggfile clearly shows this was the intention by Emeriti to hurt my KD. Have no doubts about us being able to crush them. At this point we had banks and a bigger core then Emeriti and on top of this we had huge gc stack and at least double amount of science compared to Emeriti (they played like total nubs first weeks).

I can tolerate dodges if the deals are done in such a way in the first place and they dont force the other KD to train up. I clearly remember myself forcing KDs to train up and i suffered the consequence for it and learnt by it. Whatever happens to Emeriti this age it is part of the Karma. I wont push it and discuss all other **** they done last age, because i find this more then enough and after all its a new age. It still just comes to show how many people they pissed of since they came back to the game. Its been a ticking bomb ready to blow off. Everyone has a certain tolerance but at some point the ****play needs to end.

I remember getting GBed by abs two times, they most certainly showed no mercy. Up to 15 kds was attacking my KD and we were totally crushed before they moved on. Even when BiO and Simians had 250-350 kds gbing them in the 30s it was only a couple of pages worth of discussion on utimes.

Someone should hand out tissues to absalom... The biggest whining ive seen in a long time.
I wish also the true face of emeriti evil would show up more. Dorje, Leshrak and Cerb.
ASF is in my mind maybe the only thing i respect in absalom even if he lost some credibility in this ongoing awar.

Its how it goes. Same should of happend to Emeriti last age for leaving a dodgy and very wierd notice to Pyro to dodge my KD.

I'm not hard to reach and you know this. I mostly respond within a few minutes/hours depending on whether I'm around or not.
It rarely happens that it takes me a day to respond. Which is, if it happens, during weekends in which I'm not home.

I challenge you to go ask around on how quick I do or don't respond. Heck, I even replied your IRC msg after reading it.

I think tolerance level was very low for Emeriti start of this age for many players on the server. All i am saying.
