Godly, every kingdom start with same resources. Its ok if you decide to sacrifice few provinces resources for feed big prov but its not ok if you reset them for get easy and fast access to resources again. If you don't reset and recover natural its strategy play, with reset its game abuse. Basically its rotate real money (credits) for game resources.
