I don't get what the hell the second part of your post has anything to do with the first part or even what you were responding to. As to wsk/div both have experienced whores in their core or ls. It's hard to bring them up as an example of a warring kingdom that went to the top and hung with the best. Even if that's your claim, I'm not really sure who either beat last age that you could point to them out-warring whore kingdoms. Div refused a fight where they were 20k acres ahead of BB because BB outprepped them so hard.

oh the second part was..ya know...commenting on the actual thread, the actions taken and stuff. Nothing you would be concerned with apparently. Put it in the same post because numerous times we were asked to not multipost.
I totally understand that what I wrote isn't a comfortable thought. Doing the right thing is rarely as comfortable as doing the convenient thing.

Guess we'll see in a day or two if maybe a lot of people are just taking an unseasonably long break or if this has hurt the game. For now on my island there isn't a single kingdom with more than 20 provinces.

I think most warring KDs choose not to grow more because of the obvious sh*tfest that is the top and less because its out of their comfort zone.
And if people think the top, the whoring tier or w/e you want to call them are "glorified explorers" they are stupid. Or they are trying to get a rise out of someone.
Even if leadership would be equal strategy wise (comparing warring to whoring) the fact is that the average player in the KDs are not equally skilled.
In pretty much every warring KD, there will be a fair amount of casual players. That both doesnt put in the time or have the knowledge how to maximize their prov.
But we dont really care, because as long as we can avoid the drama and get to war we are happy.

Pyro is the best example and that took a few ages to happen and it was with a lot of coaching from Elit to cJ. no, what I have been saying is to make a rule and then enforce it consistently. Either publish all enforcements or none.

nowhere in the rules will you find anything about removal from the rankings , nor has that ever been a thing. It should be, moving forward. It should also be mentioned in the rules.
Funny thing is that there are a lot of rules and punishments for breaking them, a lot of people that are jumping on the bandwagon here in this thread should be very quiet and happy that rules aren't enforced consistently in Utopia. However to all those that don't break the rules that inconsistency is a slap in the face.

A punishment isnt a rule its a punishment. There isnt stated anywhere in the rules what will happend when you break the rules. You are like a thief complaining when getting caught that it didnt state anywhere that i could get XX years when i commited the crime! But punishments has never been stated anywhere.

I'm really not sure what your problem is or where the anger comes from over this.

The punishment metered out here was deserved, and the devs are learning as they go. Why give them **** for taking a step in the right direction? Bravo to them!

Dear Korp, it is you that doesn't understand. Maybe some day you will, or maybe not.
I simply proved you wrong. Never once did I claim this was a complete list, nor did I make any judgement on the punishment and if it was deserved or not in that post. In earlier posts you will find that I very much agree with the severity of the punishment for breaking the code of conduct. But that is not my concern. My concern is making arbitrary, biased rulings and enforcing them. Biased not because I claim to know if devs like or dislike the culprits but because not everyone breaking the rules is treated the same way.
