There's no evidence either way, I didn't say that there was. But not offering them a CF did allow them to rob 100M gc from you.
I aint never heared o nothin', cuz it ain't a word :). Sure, you could go into fortified, but you would have spent most of your cash reserves on exploring, and thus not been as trained up.
Would your ~130 nwa calves have been substantially more pumped? I doubt it...
Because Sanc can't hit your calves, which gives you time to secure them in a world in which Havoc isn't hitting you? Do you not think that that would be a huge advantage, as opposed to fighting a Havoc that can hit your calves?
