if they were 200% nw then that puts them out of range at war start I would think. Doesn't say that it makes a difference how it was declared anyway.

you think THAT makes the warring tier look bad? buddy i have been in jesters for 5 ages now, we havnt lost a single war since im here (except for the 5vs1 with nonpandas last age) Jesters was winning way before i came 2.

the way i see it is wsk is 5th in crown, they were 2nd and 1st in nw, their orcs are chained with high TBs, already 6k acres behind with smaller banks and smaller mid to big range provs.
