I have had very few kingdoms back out, very, very few. No, I am not able to tell you how to diplomacy beyond the basics, that is something you have to figure out on your own. Having the game auto enforce deals is not the solution. Finding ways to enforce deals, being charitable to friends, and to enemies when its advantageous (and some times even when its not) are all essential parts of the game; and if you create some kind of auto war to enforce deals it will wreck that.Quote:

I have a question for you. Have you ever seen a kingdom tagged "Hostile PSO" or the ever popular "Hostile STFO" and not be hostile? I have seen kingdoms tagged like that for days and they never send out a wave or get waved. Like I said, we snatch news on everyone our size in normal mode and if we notice no attacks against them we will wave them. Maybe that is wrong, but I think it is also wrong for a kingdom to tag themselves hostile and all they are doing is pumping sciences, wizards, or elites. We snatched your news and saw that no one was waving you, and you guys were just learn attacking smaller kingdoms so we figured you were one of those kingdoms that false tagged themselves. If that is not the case, then I apologize.
I know you waved us while we were being waved by 2 other kingdoms and were like a million NW smaller than you. You are right, we were not tagged, but if you snatched our news then there is no way you can say we were not hostile with a kingdom. Multiple attacks into our kingdom by them and multiple attacks into their kingdom by us means hostile, right? You know what, perhaps we made a mistake, perhaps you made a mistake, who knows? You have not been paying attention son, there are many kingdoms I enjoyed warring and respect a lot. Divinity, Seagulls, Pirates, Beaches, Spartans, heck even the Bouncers who are kicking our butts right now are pretty cool. You see when you are honest, act with honor and respect, and try to make the game better by teaching people how to play the game, then you have my respect. Fortunately, most of the kingdoms I have dealt with have been really cool, which is why I still play the game. If it ever goes back to the war it used to be where most of the people running kingdoms are complete jerks, then I will quit the game AGAIN. That is fair, right?

Spartans just started waving Divinity despite them having a eoa cf.
This is the same Spartans who a week or so ago offered to war Divinity and give them a free warwin after 48h, -if- Divinity agreed to not hit or op their T/Ms in war. Divinity of course refused such a shady deal.
Guess we know what kind of kd Spartans are now :)

The EOA CF deal was you take it on the 7th, even the last minute of the 7th. Technically you did not take that deal as offered, and after taking the CF later then was written into the deal you did not attempt any more negotiations. You just assumed we would never wave you... like we assumed you would not break cf and wave us while we were negotiating a war deal. Well what goes around comes around, you want to break cfs on technicalities and farm a kd while they are in pump build then expect the same to be done to you. You did not meet the deal for an EOA CF and you did not attempt to renegotiate for one. Cry foul all you want but this is how contracts work in the real world. If i am selling a truck for 1,000 you cant give me 500 and drive off with it with out renegotiating the contract. Saying that we didnt specify that taking the CF later then 7th ment no EOA CF doesnt hold up, we offered a EOA CF to be accepted by 7th and it was not. Taking a cf after that means nothing with out renegotiating with us, you didnt take the eoa cf deal so it was just a blank cf. typically we honour blank cfs on good faith, but yall already broke that with us.
