This was simply a matter of a kingdom looking for war, which Genki na Shinwa had been. They had been looking for several days and not having had much luck, decided to semi massacre wave Confections. While Genki na Shinwa were looking for war, Confections were in the process of sorting out inactives. However, they were a bit bored and although having a couple of province issues with one showing inactive and the other in VM, Confections decided to go to war and duly pushed the button.

At the start of the war, Genki na Shinwa were also dealing with a province in VM and had another province go inactive. With both kingdoms dealing with players going inactive and each having a province in vacation mode they just got down with business and looked to have a good war. Confections followed a very conventional strategy, they NSed before chaining provinces down to 500 acres and moved onto the other targets whilst focusing on keeping previously chained targets down. Their first focus for NS and chains were those provinces in Genki na Shinwa that had the highest mod offence and were the biggest threats to their unbreakable provinces.
The plan for Genki na Shinwa was to control the middle ground of the war. They knew that Confections had three unbreakable provinces and had decided that if they could control the middle provinces of Confections they would get their win. While they focused on chaining the middle sized provinces they also focused on trying to Fireball and use other econ ops to control the unbreakable provinces in Confections. The overall aim behind this plan was to grow their own provinces large enough so that they could try and break the unbreakable provinces but this was countered by the fact that the large provinces in Genki na Shinwa could not turtle and Confections made sure to hit the provinces that were getting large enough to pose a threat to their unbreakables. They also used their unbreakables to massacre those in Genki na Shinwa that could op and hurt them along with AWing the mystic provinces of Genki na Shinwa.
As the war developed, Confections were able to get four unbreakables along with pumping up a few other provinces in order to try and make them unbreakable as well. It was at this stage Genkni na Shinwa decided that the best course of action was to max gain wave before pulling out of the war, giving Confections the win.
February 15 of YR12 Genki na Shinwa -Stay out plz- has withdrawn from war. Our people rejoice at our victory!
On a site note, the monarch of Genki na Shinwa wished to raise a point with an issue on provinces abandoning and those coming and going in and out of protection/vacation mode in Confections. Genki na Shinwa had massacred one of the undead mystics who then duly abandoned before the same province showed up again in protection/vacation mode. After the initial wave the human province in Confections that had been in VM came out of VM and joined the war. The overall point of this being raised was that Glorianna, monarch of Genki na Shinwa, felt it was very strange and it meant they had then wasted hits, which could have been better used elsewhere.
