So I can mass boats to attack other ghettos on islands near and far while simultaneously running an advanced vines strategy with my darkelf/freak killer combo.. All while staying uber active to make sure I have fog cast upon my province 24/hrs a day... No tower vines strat...

I think you have your facts messed up...No one ever blocked Inzz .. and who did they block Inzz from going after?
Beginning of age Inzz went and waved HoH and took itself out of the race. It proceeded to lose that war.
Afterwards they had a war with Simians. Then they waved sanc. Later they fought fury. Then they received notice from sanc and warred sanc twice.
Pretty sure its their fault for "blocking" themselves out by waving HoH early in the age instead of utilizing diplomacy and securing cfs. Though even when you have CFs in place you still have to be prepared to defend your acres vs. others. Whether they can do that or not only time will tell.
By the point sanc actually noticed inzzolence they were not a top contender so I don't understand the "blocking" argument at all. Only thing they blocked them from was pumping at full efficieny while sanc was fighting pulse.
Oh yea and I'm sure Rage is winning multiple crowns this age because of power playing. If you consider powerplaying outgrowing everyone with a better strategy and outpumping them. I guess the only reason Inzzolence didn't win this age was because they were "powerplayed."
