Hey. I played this game years ago, and decided to get back into it. So, I registered a new province and now it looks like I have to wait until the start of the next age. You were always able to start a new province late in the game, but it doesn't look that way anymore. Am I missing something I do I just have to wait?

You should be allowed to create a province unless your IP has been banned for bad behavior in the past

could it be that there is confusion about the process now? its now a 2 stage process, you create a game account, then you have to set up a province?
