Does anybody know why on earth it was named upoopu? Is it an acronym or a sick joke?

How reliable the intel is. If you've got tacticians with perfect intel, they're level 4. People who reliably get 97% accurate intel are next up. People who only grab like 10-thief SoM are level 1.

I didnt manage to figuure out how this upoopu thing is supposed to work. Then we gave up on it.
Also, the name is VERY bad.

Utopia pimp Optimized other people use?
We just started using it in a quasi-ghetto last age when I got an invite. I wasn't able to determine if it was mobile friendly before I left, but it looked very promising. I could retrieve segmented intel, but never saw a complete run down like pimp. The paste function was faster.
