    Forced CF

Push the no actions timing to at least 12 hrs instead of the current one.... it is a bit short...

Currently with a short one, it is like oh they look even a little big... lets toss a CF up and look for a "juicy" target ie cherry picking wars.

With a longer one a monarch would think: Should we war them? What can we do to win? is it possible to win? Etc.... type of deal.

Nah the short one is fine, hell I'm more inclined to dropping the timed requirement completely and allowing the defender to force CF as soon as it hits hostile.
Instead of going for somebody smaller than yourself why don't you instead go for somebody "a little big" and take a chance yourself?
You hold the element of surprise... So what can you do to win?... That is other than being a coward and going for somebody smaller than yourself.

Only your making assumptions that are likely incorrect.

Am I? It seems to be the implication of what OP posted, "oh they look even a little big" would seem to imply that he's waving a kingdom which doesn't have a size advantage against his own but rather that his kingdom has the size advantage.

Though in the spirit of something more productive.
If the timer is increased to 12 hours I feel that you'd have to completely waive the retaliation restrictions on the defendant, leaving only the restrictions that at the time the CF is forced
A: at least 3 hours have passed without any attacks.
    and
B: that the defendant have fewer meter points than the aggressor.

Setting the minimum time to 12 hours and not letting the defendant push more than Unfriendly is clearly unjust and there'd barely be any function left in this mechanism.

What type of monarch auto pushes CF? That is like oh look no one is online at this tick.... ok lets CF until my guys log on....... you might as well make it that you cannot attack/op anyone and all attacks/wars are by request only.

Before this auto CF thing mess..... a kingdom that hits a kingdom larger, those are fun wars. and winning a war which a large kingdom pounds on you endlessly being your beneath NW declare range which we had to forcefully get NW to do it is very satisfying.

Might as well limit the number of times you can hit a smaller KD at this point lol.

If you're getting hit by a bigger kingdom which you have no ability or interest in fighting then you'd want to limit the damage as much as possible. If you're getting hit by a 20% larger kingdom rarely are you ever going to want or be able to fight back effectively in a manner that doesn't just waste time for both sides. Same thing goes if there's a significant discrepancy in the number of provinces in either kd, etc.
If a kingdom has any sort of half decent monarch the monarch is going to be fairly aware of what sort of kingdom their kingdom can fight effectively.

Generally a kingdom waves(for war) a kingdom which they're fairly sure(often absolutely sure) they can beat. Why should the receiving kingdom just have to sit there and loose their resources and efforts?
I think the advantage should generally lie with the defendant given that the aggressor is the one deciding to initiate the conflict.
