Forced CF

Nah the short one is fine, hell I'm more inclined to dropping the timed requirement completely and allowing the defender to force CF as soon as it hits hostile.
Instead of going for somebody smaller than yourself why don't you instead go for somebody "a little big" and take a chance yourself?
You hold the element of surprise... So what can you do to win?... That is other than being a coward and going for somebody smaller than yourself.

What type of monarch auto pushes CF? That is like oh look no one is online at this tick.... ok lets CF until my guys log on....... you might as well make it that you cannot attack/op anyone and all attacks/wars are by request only.

Before this auto CF thing mess..... a kingdom that hits a kingdom larger, those are fun wars. and winning a war which a large kingdom pounds on you endlessly being your beneath NW declare range which we had to forcefully get NW to do it is very satisfying.
