I think the time period for interacting is 3 days, i could be wrong so i'll have to check. This is obviously up for change though. It needs to be long enough that someone cant farm out their newly created human merchants. Suggestions would be welcome.

One thing to consider, intel farms are like our number 1 reported item - removing SoT or any intel op from the interaction system will not work.

Also,i need to reiterate this - the whitelist is just not maintainable or scalable and it is open to massive abuse. Thats probably why mehul never had one, and personally i have always thought it was a terrible idea.
