I'm getting 37%~ more or less. However, I'm going to use the numbers I get from the building calculator because those seem to be correct. The building calculator say +75% birth rate and that matches what my survey says so I have no reason to think the building calculator is wrong.
hmm.. could work. But im very unsure how he does it when its more than 1 in the upper-value (i know, i dont know all the english terms. Sry!)

If it's telling you that you get -43% attack time from barracks, please take a screenshot and upload it as that would be very interesting. I doubt it.

Barracks max out at 37.5%, regardless of your BE. BE just affects how long it takes to get there.

I looked at the survey on my land the bonus I had for offeff and defeff were different from what angel was telling me. So I moved to my military page and I saw wich number most match the number I had on my military page. And the answer was shocking the building calculator match the def/offeff numbers from my military page.
So I guess something very odd is happening on my survey page. I'll tell you what happens when you run max forts and Tgs because yet again I have done it so I know first hand. I have done it with dwarf. This is what happens once a person gets to that magical 37.5% mark. On the survey it will keep saying 37.5% but when you copy your survey to angel's building calculator the building report will show higher numbers and also these correlate to one’s military page because the netdef/netoff will get higher. You could say I'm wrong but you can't say for sure becuase you really don't know. The only way to be sure is to do it first hand.
