Races:
* remove extra stealth from DE
* remove +1 mana from elf, give them some small boost in economy and/or MS
* add one more race, strong as pure attacker, but not in way orc is
Personalities:
* remove MS from mystic, add +1 mana and double rune production.
* make art/merch more viable
Buildings:
* weaken protection from learn OR sci cost decrease from schools, merge with libs
Science:
* Make pop sci more useful
Thievery/Magic:
* decrease gains from rob the towers op
* remove lightning strike from DE
* drop mana/stealth cost on intel ops by 1
* make MV duration based, affects all ops. Allow casting on self
* make wizards train faster
* make fog % based
Attacking:
* make ambushes easier to calculate
* add some minor gains on undersending by 5% or less
* bring back regular raze in war, 30-50% of oow gains. Rest of destroyed are buildings
Stances:
* make peaceful stance useful
* fort gives 15% def, auto fail on self spells
War:
* less protection from outside hits
* make wars less destructive (ie make recovering easier)
* remove nw based attack time in hostile/war
