isn't conquest range +/-15%? in which case even at 200k he would be within range.
im not sure bout that though. but i strongly suspect vines is failing at math again.

I got this out of my own war page. I can't conquest him. And for him to conquest he had to let go of something so he would be able to. If you don't know something do not talk about it like you do. He's province is no longer my size in net and he still can break my province with full army at home and he is trying to call this victory(?) The point of the one on one is to fight a the same net worth. Not to out grow the opponent and then conquest them.

Economist now I really think you do know what you are taking about. From the sounds of it, I would have to say you never even played the game.
If that's the case he would have waited until we were the same net worth. No he was out growing to bottom feed and that is what he has done. But none the less we will see how this plays out. I broke him when wer were almost the very same net worth.

He won't be able to TM me when he army get back, he'll have to conquest again. Look, I can win this but it is going to take far too long. The best he can do is conquest me even with my army out and I can TM him army out or army in. If we kept trading blows slowly I would start to come back in land buecause he can't TM. And there is a chance that once he realizes I'm gaining land he'll back out and I don't have time for all that. I want to run a different province. I give up you win.

I'm not running, I give up. He won't be able to TM and when his army gets back he will have to raze buildings or let go of some military in order to get into conquest range. At which point I'll anbush then TM him but I'm tried of all this foolishness. I want to run a different province so in order to do that I have to delet this one.

He's much bigger than me he should be able to but his military is not strong enough.
