I would be wary of declaring on any HaJ kingdom. They have been known to gangbang single kingdoms for no reason. See this thread:

Diamonds brought that on not HAJ,there was a reason. He thought he could run over people because he had more kingdoms than HAJ and when it backfired he left the game like every other times hes got in a alliance war leaving his alliance stuck in a mess.Wasnt the first time its happened but the results were the same as always. Was atleast the 3rd i know of.

That's because he likes to start a fight but he doesn't know how to finish one. He's been like that since I met him in age 12. Tries to be a big bully but in the end is he is a lot of nothing special.

instead of being threatened by a tag, i'd consider it as a free target. Most alliances are bound by a 1 vs 1 targeting. I don't believe there has ever been a HAj kingdom that new how to war. So any tagged HaJ kingdom would be a good farm for any kigndom. Just make a list of HaJ kingdosm and war them one at a time and rake up the wins for your kingdom
