I think what bishop try to say is, when you sit a prov, you use his ip and when you log your own prov, you use you own ip. That make prov sitting can interact with sitter prov.

Imho its better to prevent multi gbing by blocking them then flag>investigate>delete which will take times.And btw, why is it so hard to change kd strat?Only top 20 kd need good war strat to win war anyway, other just need good lvl of activity.
