You would think that with this "New" system on hand that cheaters would delete their useless accounts yet I haven't seen a drop off in the number of provinces in the game. Before this started there was a number of 7100 total players and current is 7124.

Looking at this from a pure numbers thing, this as I said before hasn't done a thing except call all whitelisters cheaters because they had the opportunity to do it. Not that they were cheating because there wasn't any proof of that but they had the opportunity to do it so they were cheating!!!
