Really in a war you think either of those kds wouldvr tried to hit the cows without help from thier own cow. Obv both kds are newbies as stated from both sides.. So coordnation etc would be failure on breaking cows witjout cow help. Ie unlimited growth and gains..so still abuse

The 2 guys in question did not say to each other "hey, lets just feed off each others KD's and ride the gravy train". I imagine we all agree that would be bad, and the provinces should definitely be suspended (not deleted).
If a nap is made to avoid atking said cow then yes. If part of kd strat(not nap) to leave cow alone then no
Not directly but thats what they did. Sure suspend them till eoa then whatever. What they did was wrong. TBH you cant say it didnt cross either one of their minds.. seriously just think for a second about it.. Province X naps with Province Y. Both provinces are +65% nw of either KD.. What are the odds that kd with prov X will waste war time atking prov Y without Xs help? Slim to Fin none.. Same with the other kd.. It would be a waste without the larger prov support. so in essence they get unlimited gains and growth due to no one being able to effectively touch either one of them without support from either cow.

No one ever said don't do it, I think that's the real problem. These deletions are unprecedented. Seems this whole 'Fake War Act' is far too loose and undefined...

If 2 warring ghettos agree not to hit provs which are just comming OOP because they are new players who gets deleted, the new players or the monarchs looking out for their ghettos?
lol utopianub, just because you write a long paragraph does not mean you're right. I don't wanna single you out because there are a lot of stupid radical extremist views, but you need to relax a bit in your little crusade.
As for those of you who think that some poll on these forums would mean anything, let me tell you it doesn't. Basic statistics should tell you how wrong and inaccurate such a survey would be. Go educate yourself on these matters before saying something about going to the community.
As for dorje and others who thinks we need to list out explicit guidelines on how to rule this game, I'm less than impressed, mainly at dorje, because I know hes a smart guy so I'm gonna assume hes just trolling. It shouldn't be hard to figure out that laws rules are interpretive, and rigid firm laws are more exploitable than malleable ones.
Lastly, Ryan certainly didn't deserve to be deleted. I like the kid so I can understand the community outrage here since I dont view the situation from a hater perspective. However, this deletion is s the cost of leaving ambiguity in his "war terms" and when you pair it up to his subsequent war. As flimsy as Bishop's "case" may be, I don't see how anyone can vehemently defend Ryan. Sure, you can presents all kind of reasonable doubt, but Bishop has shown in the past he doesn't go with that, so hes just being consistent here.
Relax people, there's no need to present such radical views for a few likes and hits to your fan page. If you have a point, it'll shine through eventually. Trust me, I'm a doctor.

yep. kds should wait or explain to protected players what is happening and what to expect. not set up naps for them. There should be NO naps in a war between two KDs. And as for the to loose and undefined... its probably going to stay like that as each case is different.. If need be dear bishop and palem and the rest of the devs please just post a msg or thread saying each ruling is a case by case basis... there happy?
As for the deletion eh it might of been extreme.. could have been coupled together with other things not released by the devs info wise.. I think a suspension would have worked, but then again I am not a dev nor a mod. It is up to them to decide case by case basis.. A player in the top 10 should definitely know better to do what they did.. And TBH why cow in a ghetto... both monarch and ryan have said they try to help their kd... wouldnt the best help be to stay within the size of the kd.....

Well not sure which scenario your talking about, if its the X Y one i posted, both X and Y should both be punished. As for the current one, both should be punished and they both were. As far as the deletions go, maybe just a thought, they looked at the past wars of both kds and saw it as a reoccuring theme of NAPing during a war.. we may never know.

How would things be different if we didn't have war terms that the monarch's wouldn't hit eachother? - Like I said before, it was more important to clean pool and aid my kd pre-war than to train up so I could hit their monarch. Hitting their monarch would have been selfish and wouldn't have helped my KD out with the chains nor was it worth it for a likely min time war. Also their monarch was by no means safe, if my KD listened and actually ambushed his hits like I ordered on numerous occasions (go find that in my ingame messages while you're in there)... also my mages/TMs were free to LL him once we started max gaining half way into the war after our chains. So to think the other monarch could grow freely is funny, but strategically our first order of business was to hit down all their attackers below X NW to create a NW gap. If the war continued further we would have quickly forced their withdrawal by landlusting their monarch with my 5mill runes.
I had 6 mod WPA for a reason along with plenty of TPA. I'm going to grow freely by chaining with my KD in any war I get. And I gladly except the hundreds of OPS I took in the two previous wars as I'd much rather have them fail 95% on me instead of succeed 66% on my KD.
For those of you who think those War Terms were sealed and locked up in Gringotts think again.
OMG Ryan, you would break war terms you made with another utopian? Which leads to this situation...
I break the war terms deal and hit their monarch? Which leads me to believe I would still have my province. -> If not, not keeping your word on war terms or cfs leads to deletions then you may as well delete 1/4th of the server.
The other monarch would have to be pretty darn naive to believe he was going to get free gains / growth without a hassle if he wanted to stay in the war any longer past the point of where we completed our first phase of the war plan.Yet zod it stills ends up being an agreement that both sides knew would result in free gains and growth without a hassle. Still abuse either way.
ps. Their monarch offered to order his KD to not do any OPS on me. I declined.
