BiO, OS and Inso has lost more than we have done in these exchanges, maybe Inso will get a WW in the end, but that's all =)

    Most surprised am I about how BiO, Inso and Simians try to justify all this. OS seams nice, so they I have nothing against. I would have respect them more if they just said that a warring KD in the top interferes to much in their game plans that they have to get rid of that factor. Now they in a weird way tries to make it look like we deserves it, because we are mean. But we are not :(

    However I enjoy every minute. Love dancing with these guys :)
    I mentioned this back on page 7, but there's absolutely nothing against fighting multiple kingdoms at once. Early on in the game, when I first started, there was no button, and two kingdoms could up and declare on one at the same time at any moment.

    The reason its not done now is because its deemed that its not fun for the kingdom getting hit 2 on 1.

    Likewise, rarely do kingdoms rob other kingdoms for 2 months straight and never ceasefire. The reason? It's not fun for the kingdoms being robbed and generally frowned upon. Usually kingdoms would rob for a day or two, then say "enough is enough" and ceasefire. Last age ghettocats seemed to enjoy not recognizing when enough was enough.

    I see no problem responding to someone abusing the KDNW mechanics via a 2 on 1.

    The devs could easily solve this problem by making ops cause hostilities and allowing kingdoms to ceasefire in hostiles if it gets to the "throttling" point. But instead of making this suggestion which was made, they turned it around the other way and made the declare range even tighter and gave the smaller kingdoms even more of an advantage.

    The devs aren't policing the abuse, in fact they're making it worse, so its up to the players to police the abuse, as it often is.

    Why there's this great need to protect smaller kingdoms and in fact make them stronger when everyone starts at the same size and resources is a completely foreign concept to me. To the winner goes the spoils, everywhere but utopia I suppose.

    It seems smaller kingdoms don't like that larger kingdoms stock resources and make science. Why? I have no earthly idea. Under the new rules you rarely even see larger kingdoms bottomfeeding smaller kingdoms anymore, so why should it concern anyone if Rage and BIO and Simians are all stocking resources to fight one another.

    The main culprit is the broken science system, which requires a province to get good sciences to run almost no troops. To then be ready to fight another kingdom a very very large amount of gold needs to be stocked to go from being as fat as you need to be to make science to as pumped as you need to be to fight.

    When kingdoms rob this gold, and do it time and time again as top kingdoms give eachother notice, it completely ruins the top kingdoms fun that they have fighting eachother. Last age, not only were we robbed right as we were about to fight on numerous occassions, the robbing was not even done on the provinces with the most gold or with the least TPA. The robbings were all concentrated on one province, which hurts significantly more than spreading the robbings around to the entire kingdom. The only reason to rob one province completely is to damage the person you're robbing, not to benefit yourself. The goal is clearly to ruin the other players/kingdoms fun.

    If the #1 and #2 kingdoms have given eachother notice and are preparing to fight eachother in a day, and you're a kingdom 1/4th of the size and you're using all of your stealth to rob them right before this fight begins, you're interfering in their conflict. I don't care if its called a hostile yet, a war yet, you're clearly and directly interfering in their conflict.
    After being damaged like this before 3 or 4 fights, and the devs not doing anything to curb against it, the only available options are

    1) Just eat it and have your fun ruined
    2) Do whatever you can to ruin their fun to stop the behavior.

    As Elhurin points out, KDNW and a 75% NW cap for war declaration mades it impossible to do #2 by fighting 1 on 1, so the only option is to bring back the old school rules of "if you annoy someone enough, you get hit by alot of people."

    You can have plenty of silly pink fun ghetto wars without ruining the fun of the 200 people who play in top kingdoms.

    Very good post. Provinces/Kds should fight to his range. If a lot smaller kd think he can rob big kd for free because cant be declared there is other ways to pay back and you are doing it well.

    What good are acres or sciences if you can't keep either of them? In our last war our open war wave had 90+ uniques. That was on provinces with 50 DPA to start and 3 raw WPA and +90% science. Its not hard to do 100 uniques per war wave and make 20 of them learns on provinces with 20 DPA to start and .7 raw WPA with 30% science. We'd do something like 100 uniques per war wave sending out something like 10-15k offense per hit and remaining largely turtled. That's why killing wizards is the focus and nothing else really matters.

    By the end of the war we'd have all the acres, all the science and all the honor, since you'd be reduced to 1x'ing with anon since we're largely turtled.

    HoH gained significantly on us in hostile as well since we couldn't utilize nightmare. Things turned around significantly once nightmare was used.

    If you do well vs insolence since we have a button I'd be more than happy to show you ;p

    lol I wish you could read our IRC. BIO started this whine thread not us, and we are happy INSO waved us and INSO waving us was expected since you first started the Hits. The TOP whining about us is 90% of the posts in this thread.

    We AW'd the larger undeads you had. The smaller undeads you had grew, resulting in your entire kingdom having terrible WPA. If you don't know how 100 nightmares with 90% success rate affect a province that starts on 80k defense looks then I'd suggest doing some math. Or just ask HoH for a copy of their provinces news once war hit.
